★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossible to find the office and staff get irritated when you call to ask them for directions. A package has been stuck at the office for 2 days and they haven't delivered. They confirm that their working hours are till 8pm and yet said don't pick up any calls and when they do, disconnect the call after saying that they are busy on all given contact numbers. Extremely disappointed

The so called "speed post" took 5 days to finally call me and ask me to pick up the parcel or they would return it to the sender. An extremely poor and pathetic service.
