I am regular customer I had purchased 4 jackets
Out of which 2 jackets have manufacturing defect.
No one is there to solve the problem. I had paid 7198 INR . I just went to the shopkeeper at Ganghi Nagar Jammu after 3 days of purchase and he refused further I mailed the case on official mail of the duke and still waiting for responce

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great stuff, price low due to factory outlet. Bought jeans and shoes of quality and price which we couldn't find anywhere in Ludhiana. The main shop is at the end of the narrow lane ear to the shop in the lane with GT Road. You will see board pointing to the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want good quality stuff with great deals, must-visit Duke outlet at Ludhiana near Jalandhar bye-pass. All the products are made with soft fabric also you can get a huge discount on every product. I bought sports shoes, t-shirts and jeans on 50% off and all are very nice and comfortable. But, don't forget to take cash with you when you visit, because sometimes their swipe machines are not working. They have to arrange the best swipe machines so we can't face any issue during the visit. This is the one reason I deduct 1 star.
