★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Much better options in the same area. Very weird service where the salesman is not interested to open and show more sarees. If you don't need buisness i suggest shutting down the shop instead of wasting customer's time.

Got a defective saree with spots and stain, unfinished with loose threads hanging out of it. They don't give you refund, only exchange. The manager also insisted on rating the store right there at the billing counter which was uncomfortable
The staff is very sweet and cunning. I brought 2 sarees from the store. As a normal practice the sarees were kept behind for finishing. After I got them back I noticed stains and spots on one of the silk saree. When I went back to the store I was told the black spots are because the saree is a 'pure' one. According to them it was totally normal and the spot on the blouse piece can be got rid of during stiching- this is the answer they give you.
Although I was given an option to exchange (no refund) In all these years I've never heard that pure sarees'have spots !! Unfortunately, from their current stock I didn't like any other sarees so I requested for a refund as a credit note was not useful for me as I was visiting Pune for a short period. I understand that their policy is no refund but that info was not mentioned in their bill. So here I was stuck in a situation where either I buy any product from them or leave with a credit note. I then requested for a deduction in the current 'defective' piece as I felt helpless in that situation.
The manager was very pushy and offered a reduction of 400 rs on the current defective product. After a lot of argument I was given a reduction of just 850 rs as the manager was not ready to budge at all!!
Though the manager accepted the fault in product, his credit note was not useful for me. Also do you not check your product during your so called 'finishing' time? What if this was a gift ? If I didn't check the saree it would have sold for 8.5k!
The attitude of the staff is so fake as well.
Absolutely disgusting. Never visiting them again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good variety but we didn't liked the billing method. We did shopping of Rs. 60,000/- but they were not ready to give us a rough bill to check pricing of each Saree/ghagra we selected. It's customer's right to know prices just before making payments.
There was no transparency, no discounts.
One more thing.. they cut the blouse piece from 9 wari saree.. which is wrong , that type of saree was not supposed to cut when they know it's 9wari saree.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there with a reluctance thinking the store might be too expensive. Ended up buying 2 ghagras instead. Needless to say their services are flawless. The people there are dedicated to one customer at a time. Very efficient and tolerant too. They give you offers if available and have a very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend. One star less for the lack of variety from more other stores but all in all you will not be disappointed.

The service was impeccable and my friend and I were shown gorgeous options of lehengas making it so hard to choose we ended up getting quite a few outfits. The quality was really good too and most prices are one of a kind. They stitch the lehenga and alter clothes as needed. Everything was very well priced. Highly recommend ?
