If prior appointment taken your time is respected by the clinic staff too .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would have given five stars but giving only four because the reception staff is highly unprofessional, impolite and bad-mannered. They do not know, how to talk with patients and keep them happy and calm.
They need to understand, it's natural for patients to ask how much more time it would take when they are waiting for several hours. Being rude with patients is not an answer.
