★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Suyog life care is exceptional.
I had to travel to India for family emergency during peak covid times. I had to do RTPCRs on 7th day after arrival and also 24 hrs before my international flight. Mr. Mohsin and his team is extremely professional, punctual and easy to work with. The samples were taken on time and the reports were delivered on time. The reports had all the details required for the international travel. I highly recommend this lab for any kind of testing.

For example, Reshma helped me understand the process even though she wasn’t required to. Kiran at the NIBM center was very helpful too. They all guide you through the whole process very systematically.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is very ill-mannered and rude. The hospital is quoting a different price and charging a lot more during the payment. When I enquired about this another patient sitting next to me said that the same thing happened with her. She was quoted a different price and charged a different amount for a simple blood test. This is happening in a lot of cases. This hospital is cheating. This is absolutely not acceptable. Would have given 0 stars if that was possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good life care center. Firdos madam helped us lot till end of procedure and is of very nice nature and humble. Check your prescription and understand medicines before leaving as doctor handwriting is not good and medicals do not understand it.
