But I was surprised to see that representative of Dunzo was seating on the chair and put his both legs on the table infront of him and more than that a person was also seating on the same time. I want to warn the people before the joining this company. They don't fulfill their commitment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst company. They dont have professional boys, because they can deliver your goods wherever they want without even informing the customers. Never ever take a chance to deliver your goods by them. Amit shukla one of there delivery boys has delivered my goods to some other place and was using abusive language while being on conference with the customer care.

Booked the order and waited for 40 minutes. Was very difficult to dodge the autobot option to chat with a support executive. Finally connected with support exec. They tried to pacify us by giving us a lecture of demand-supply imbalance.... Whatta Joke!! We asked them to assure that order will be picked up in next 15-20 minutes (as their chatbot and the support exec told us) and after waiting for 40 minutes and further waiting they will not cancel the order from the backend in the name of technical error, backend system process or any other reason.
Only assurance they will give is that they are doing their best and will try and assign a partner at earliest. We asked them to assure that order will not be automatically cancelled. And the support exec assured of that. Within 2 minutes, we received a cancellation.....and support exec said their system is designed this way.... and asked us to raise another order and wait again.
WHAT A JOKE!! Dunzo - IF YOU'RE UNABLE TO SERVICE, THEN JUST DON'T TAKE THE ORDER.
You don't even have an option of booking the order in advance. Customer is willing to book in advance and help you manage your staffing better.... but you can't build a simple process and manage your supply chain better.
THESE NON PROFIT MAKING START UPs CAN'T EVEN TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION WITH ALL THE ANGEL AND VC MONEY THEY RAISE. WHERE ARE THEY SPENDING THE MONEY THAT THEY RAISE??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent fresh cake from Dunzo ,my client received totally damaged cake . when I complaint Dunzo said that we are only source to connect with delivery person ,not responsible for any damage or loss. It's totally nonsense . please don't use it's services .very bad experience .

My Name is RUBINA ANSARI Sorry,To Say But Your Services is Very Very Poor, Number which you have mentioned in Website It's Always Switched Off.Please Stop making Fool Us.If You Are Not Able To provide Service Then Shut Down This Company Requesting please Ask Your Some Senior Person Like MD Or CEO Try To Dial Above Customer Care Number.Dont Know What They Are Doing Just Talking Salary Doing Nothing.

DUNZO Simply Took The Money From My Account 2Kg Sugar Amount I Have Received Only 1 kg
They Do Not Think About Customers.
This is To Ensure That Customers Need Not Visit The Your Branch This Orgnisation Is A Poor Service Oriented One And One Should Refrain From This Company Since it is Not prepared To Opreate A System Because Of Incompetent Non Qualifies Staff Managing The Company.Only The System Works Now in This looser App Always Giving A Service Request When A Query is Raised And The Same Will be Closed Without Any Resolution Or Any Coordination With The Customer.please Raise My issue And if This Will Continue To Happen Then There Will Be No Choice Of Filing F.I.R Against Your Orgnisation.DUNZO Staff Behaviour Is Pathetic, Really Bad Service.I Will Not Recommend Anyone For DUNZO APP. Very Very Worst Service.
