Water and electricity supply is continuous.
Cons
House are available for rent through broker only and they charge one month rent.
Place is too costly for no reason at all.
All groceries and food items are costlier.

Well organized, with security facilities.
Has a local temple.
Good rental layout for 1 room families.
NO LIFT. Great disadvantage for old and sick people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very safe and clean place. Lots of stray dogs though but people have "adopted " them by keeping water and good in various spots. Colony is very appealing and safe. Gated so lots of security on hand. Will buy a house here for sure.

/society with all amenities inside like milk.. Vegetable.. General store etc.. Good parking and Security Service and parks..only drawback is there is no power backup inside the residents house..

Slow motion in everything, with no ears to suggestions or improvement.
