About Kriti Hospital
Kriti Hospital was started in 2003 as a 4-bedded hospital to serve the medical needs of sec-55, 56 & 57 patients. In two years, it had grown to 50 bedded hospital in the same premises. In due course of time, we got empanelled with lots of TPA and insurance companies.
With the continuous support of patients from the new Gurgaon area, we have now shifted to Plot no- 13, sec- 56, Gurgaon. The new premises is approved by HUDA as a commercial site for the nursing home. We have also added new facilities like a new four-probe USG machine with ECHO, patient lift, all in-house laboratory facilities, and 24 hours in-house pharmacy. We have constructed a new 5-bedded ICU with monitors, and a four-bedded neonatal intensive care unit with central oxygen. But to respect the continuous support of our patients, we have not increased rates of any of the facilities.
We have also added CHRONIC PAIN AND PALLIATIVE CARE CENTRE to provide care to old age patients, care to advanced ill patients, and pain relief for cancer patients. We also admit geriatric patients for long-term care and nursing care for symptom control at very nominal rates.

β β β β β Guys I'm seriously saying to the death Hub of Gurgaon, they are pulling patients for money and don't have adequate treatment infrastructure, poor skill set of doctor's, pathetic food. Recently lost my father at this hospital, when he was on ventilator and oxygen gets finished in entire hospital, and I was told he didn't able to cope. I am seriously saying don't go to this hospital

β β β β β Worst hospital. In this pandemic times hospital is just focused on minting money from patients. Rs 80,000 per day for oxygen beds for Covid patients. Rs 1,50,000 for ICU beds. Even after charging such exhobirbant money, covid patients died due to lack of oxygen. These hospitals and owners are blot on humanity and their profession. I left it to God to punish them.

β β β β β My father met an accident and I don't know how did treat my father. I can say only that he is still in pain. They charged around 14 thousands rupees with zero improvement. They took my father for x-ray without wheel chair, without lift. They took my father from stairways and he was good until they treated like that.
They charged for βΉ1000 for wheel chair . This is absurd

β β β β β Doctors are knowledgeable and provide good hospitality to patients. And the
prescriptions are small and good. Cleanliness at the hospital is of good quality. Toilets
are maintained properly. The hospital is budget friendly.

β β β β β This is within reference to our beloved Father who was staying at Kriti Health Care since 17th Jan 2021. Prior admitting here he was residing in Healthcare itself at Narela but as one of his daughters staying in Gurugram we brought him closeby.
All the arrangements are nice here, I mean food, laundry etc. But somehow there is some lack in the Management Control as we lost our Father on 21st March 2021. We know there is not any control on anyone's life that determines how long a person will live. But we are totally dissatisfied with the staff's behaviour as they didn't inform us in the morning that he is not feeling well. We know they have done their efforts in the last minute stage but we regret that we have not been informed in time about his health in the morning hours so even staying close by on that day we were not available with our father at that time, so we can't have even a last minute meeting when he was alive. Once we were informed we were far off and when we reached it was too late to see and meet him.
We know we are sharing this review late because its already been 9 months since my father's demise but still we are not in our senses and can't believe what has happened to him.
Even we loose all his belongings, just got the old stuff and all new belongings, bed sheets, blankets got misplaced. These are very minor things but it reflects when they didn't handled the stuff properly how they handled a person.
Now, we request Kriti Health Care staff, especially management, to pay some special attention on the communication channel too.
Now, we request

β β β β β Took my child today for some dressing. They charged me Rs.650/- and when I reached home the bill attached with the prescription was for only Rs.100/-.
I made mistake by paying in cash. How can any hospital charge higher and issue lesser invoice bill. This is not acceptable at all.
