★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to live as these duplex houses are very spacious and well build by Noida Authority. As of March 2020 these are almost 60% occupied by owners or tenants here. Security is available here 24by7 . No public transport available for highway or metro station as of now from here. It's totally your luck if you get something sharing one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We own our new Duplex house here, it has a very strategic location both from Delhi & Greater Noida. Full of green spaces, no issues with security till now as heard before of theft in past. A very safe and peaceful place to live. House full of open spaces and big rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inside this Duplex villas gate one can enter for Gokuldham Apartments where people of 1BHK are staying and offered rent. Never book for rent Flat 91A of Block 23 Owner R.S. YADAV. He made an agreement where he put the provision of no refund of security. I was not read and paid all my rent and security but later when I vacate the flat, they waited me around 20 days to get the clarification on refund. Now get the answer no refund is payable. Be aware of such fraud-stars. Don't pay rent when planning to leave is the key learning here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The villas are designed well but the maintenance is poor. The society has proper security. Roads are not much wide in front of villas, and even people parking their car on the both ends of road makes the space narrow. Place has park, temple, mother dairy booth etc and even the greenery is good with trees planted. The society is near to IT parks so it is a most sought out place if you are looking for villa living. Big schools are just outside the society and even hospitals are near by. Villas look old if you see them for the first time and also they are not properly maintained.
