1)There is a proper meal schedule for each of the inhabitant here along with three in-between meals to take care of their dietary requirement s, which are quantifiable and can be checked at any given point of time with surprise visit.
2)In the last 11 years of our establishment of Durga Old Age Home ,we would like to confirm that not a single death of any inhabitant has occurred in the premises and during any emergency, the required medical assistance and required hospital procedures are followed diligently., in addition to above we have an in-house paramedic team and have also been empanelled with hospitals in our vicinity such as Fortis, Indian Spinal Injury and Rockland Hospital for further course of medical attention.
3)Since we maintain all visitor profile at the time of their entry in premises, we are helpless to find any entry done by you visiting our premises, we would humbly request you along with your family and for that matter any one to visit randomly to check the facts as stated above.
4)We at Durga Old Age Home are maintaining very high standards of living and very proud of our services, for which our team is working day and night.
5)We on other hand are actually serving old aged parents which are actually ABANDONED by their offspring , and providing them a better and dignified life at this junction of their life.
In the end we humbly request people to visit and support us in this cause rather than criticizing without any basis and damaging our hard-earned reputation..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Run by incompetent and unskilled staff. Facility is like a sham operation. Avoid even for free. Known as 'second innigs homes'. Durga name and different name is to hide real poor operation.

Whatever they have given on their website is false I.e. no proper food is given ,only banana is given twice a month in name of fruits, in food only one dal or vegetable is given -no curd or salad or sweet or egg is given. People die there for unknown reasons without any medical help and they take dead person to hospital just to get death certificate. This is my personal experience (of my aunt) They don't let people living there say anything and since most r abandoned they just live in starvation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't be a worst place. My relative was not even given medical care,when he fell near the water cooler. It was days late when they told us, inspite of best hospital care he expired. Their doctor visit is a joke ,,for weeks he needed ENT care which was not provided. And mind you they had promised it all. Fifteen thousand per month were the charges. On so called room sharing basis ,which was actually a wooden partition in a medium size room . Pics can be decieving
