3 months for mutation via broker, without broker infinite time.
3 months for land conversion via broker, if you are poor, forget about land conversion.
What a pathetic situation. Dont know if this is the Bengal of intellectuals. Without paying to broker you can never get anything done and with broker it takes months, the job that a person like me working in private sector can do in 5 mins is done in months by these lazy govmnt people.
