I understand the rush because of lockdown rush is no issue. but the management is very poor they don't know how to talk with people their behavior are so rude. I went their on 21/7/20 for passbook updating the management told me they are not doing the passbook updation because of lockdown. other bank or doing but why only the bankola branch have problem to update passbook?
