★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called the customer care at least 8 times. Wanted to purchase an 8 seater dining table set. Every time the customer care said they will call back within 24hrs but never got a call back. Only a WhatsApp to rate my experience. Well my experience is to rate the client services portion a negative if I could.
It's been more than 30 days and still no response!

Their sofa started making creaking noise within one month and they are not fixing it. Painful. Absolutely ridiculous customer service, despite premium pricing. Employees misbehave and have zero respect for customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The biggest Durian store in Mumbai, really great collection of furniture, although the price is a bit on the higher side. If you are looking for solid wood furniture they probably have the best options. The staff was also really friendly and helpful. Would recommend visiting this store if you are looking for branded furniture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this branch for an office chair. As I had pre decided my choice, didn't take much time. Although it was the last piece, and new one would have costed me at least a week.
Delivery charges apply, and I got my chair the very same day. The chair is good, though I noticed on delivery that one edge is not tucked in correctly. It may give away, but time will tell.
The sour part of the whole experience is that I requested for the bill to be emailed. The request was made to the salesperson, called the call center, where I was hung up on, and eventually get a call promising that it will be done the next day. Now it feels like eternity and consoled myself that not everything is perfect in the world. Just wondering about after sales service, God forbid if it comes to that.

Also older purchase lasted for ten years, without any major problems.
However in the recent visit and purchase, the sales girl, mis lead, by claiming the products are MADE IN INDIA, by hiding the fact that these are imported.
After 30 days they made delivery of the material.
Material is as promised, only make was concealed before making the payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience.we purchased a 3 seater n 2 seater.got carries away by the false claims by the salesman n purchased it for 1.50 lacs.they turned out to be rubbish.entire set spoiled within 1 year yet we had to pay fr the repair charges.huge amount.please do not go this shop utter waste.utter lies by the sales people over there.

BEFORE BUYING PLEASE READ MY EXPERIENCE WITH DURIAN
I should give -100 stars
Big name with Worst and low quality products
Never buy products from here
I purchased recliner from here worth Rs 1.2Lac Few years back but I wanted to change the lower cloth because it was very low quality and was falling off every day
I called the customer service as it was having warranty 5 years (namesake)
The person , started changing the black cloth from the lower side of the recliner
To our surprise we found out the wooden ply was broken and it was covered with black cloth. This is how the company cheat consumers as we don't check the product from inside and removing the sheath
The ply was only 5 mm such a poor quality
Don't and never buy from here
We called the customer care they said
,'We should have dismantle all recliner at the time of delivery by cutting everything attached and should check the ply. "
Such a foolish reply given to us .
How can anybody damage readymade products
I suggest everyone should check the ply carefully because they broken ply and are covered it with sheath
I told company regarding quality check they started giving absurd answer
If you want to purchase get
1)quality certificate
2)go to workshop and check
3)assemble in your house
Because everything is covered from lower side so you can't see
