★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving 5 star rating as the store manager Debasish and sales representative Naveen and other staff in the store are so polite and friendly and recommend best in best mattress and other accessories needed for your comfortable and painless nights. Kudos to all staff of this store and would recommend the store a go to place when you are looking for best mattress and other accessories (pillow, mattress protectors, bed sheets etc..). Will upload photos when I have the mattress delivered to me.

There was a delay of delivering one of the mattress cover. However, Sales person (Sujith Kumar) ensured that he is following up on the same and getting it delivered. Overall impressed with the quality of the product and the service. Thanks

most surprising to me was it's staffs like Debasish & Naveen's dedication towards the costumer’s satisfaction and services.
It was an impressive experience for me the way I was attended by the staff at the reception, I don’t know what made to order of 5 mattresses together small and big but i gave order, my decision was right and the quality of mattresses are more than my expectation…
I wish Duroflex Good luck and continue giving their quality service to the costumers...

I had visited this site to buy orthopaedic mattress and Devashish one of the representative had really explained every properties of the mattresses very well which has resulted in the final purchase of the mattresses named as Balanced. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.They are giving good discounts (Outside delayers may give extra 2-3 %) but i recommend to shop from duroflex own store. They given 2 pillows free ?.we got fresh mattress manufactured on same month.Store is clean and hygiene.
