★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst travel experience I have ever had. Saying about todays travel from Dwarka to Ahmedabad along with family and old age parents in bus no.9836. Driver, conductor and khalasi are all unprofessional and rigid talking like Dadagiri type. The first instance the refused to take luggage in the side Dicky, saying that it is left empty for parcel. The bus left Dwarka near about 12.50pm. All the passengers requested to stop for washroom since 3.30 pm, but they answered no bus will not stop. After all when all the passenger forced to stop they stop the bus at 5.30pm and told us now the bus will stop only at Darshan Hotel at 8.00pm. They don't have time management. They don't take tea break. They even do not consider the request of aged persons. But during the whole journey they frequently stop the bus for short distance passengers and parcel for extra income. When the bus stops at Darshan Hotel at 8.20pm it was so busy and Croudy, that after coming out from washroom when our order of dinner come on the table the driver starts blowing horn within 15 minutes and we had to left the food uneaten. So i strongly recommend not to travel in any of the bus service under this agency ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst travelling experience ever. Rude driver. Doesn't know how to talk with passengers. Behaves rudely to women. Will pick stray passengers but wouldn't take hault for restroom. Didn't gave proper time to eat. Never travel in this bus
