★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had book Kerala tour. Every alternate day we were asking hotel name but he was not giving name. One week before our travelling date, he gave name but when we confirmed our booking in hotel, representative said no booking with our name. So during traveling, we don't know which hotel we will stay and all hotel changed which Rao has promised.
Overall very bad experience and don't recommended to do booking with Rao.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience after service. Made extra payment by Mistake, now not responding even it is just a small sum of money, its older than 8 months.
If you (M/s Rao Travels) can see this review, just wanted to say - No Company can be richer by keeping money that belongs to customer. Remember one thing, if you want to success in what you do : Customer is God, a customer is Both Taker & Giver (Whether its Money or RESPECT).
