They say that Dwarkamai is the heart of Shirdi, the place where the great Sai Baba spent a significant part of his life including his last moments. It is a treasure to all of Baba's devotees because it was the home of, as they like to call him, God on Earth. People of all faiths look up to the great Sai Baba and truly believe in what he preached. The spirit of tolerance, acceptance and welcome is very much alive here.

Dwarkamai is a place where Sai Baba lived until the very end of his life. Before Sai Baba’s arrival in Shirdi, this place used to be a mosque in poor conditions. Later, Sai turned it into Dwarkamai where he started healing, curing ill people. He solved all their problems and helped them with solutions to their worries.
Here at Dwarkamai, there are two levels. Level one has two rooms with Sai’s portrait and a huge rock on which he used to sit. While level two has a square shaped stool made of stone, which Sai is believed to have used for bathing. The highlight of Dwarkamai is an oil painting of Sai Baba in which he is sitting on a wooden carved shrine.
Location: Pimpalwadi Road, Rahata, Near Samadhi Mandir.
Timings: Monday to Sunday - 5:30 am to 9:45 pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to have good vibes which is surrounded with lots of prayers and beliefs.
Really peaceful place. It is easily accessible by all forms of transport. Best day to visit is Thursday but it will be really crowded. You will have to wait in queue for maybe 2 hours.
Very well manage..
Good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was just near mandir/temple. This place has some unique feel and you can see baba's lively place. Please don't carry mobile phone and they won't allow inside dwarakamai. Must visit place. Nearby you can visit Chavadi, 9coin temple and Haji Baba's residential place.
