★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feels like rating them in negative. Not even worth giving one star. My television was not working. I contacted them . Few days later they came to my house and took the televison home saying that there is an issue in the motherboard of the television.
They returned the television to me within few days saying that tha problem is solved and charged me Rs 3750 for the motherboard and Rs 350 as visiting charges.
After few hours, my television had the same problem.
I called then and told the same. Few days later they again took my television to repair.
It's been approximately 2 months and they have my television still with them.
I call them almost every alternate day. Everytime they shamelessly say that they will repair it and return it. But they never do what they say. I believe I will not get my television back.
Very very irresponsible and third class service.

I think you forgot to put two zeros after 1 in 1%.
Because just for a single television, I don't know how many times I have called you. (Maybe 25 times)
First of all you delay things. Then you are not able to repair a single television. It's been about 3-4 months that I had first approached you for service.
And now you are telling that we change the source of the television. Wow......I mean I am speechless.
Everytime when your technician visits us, he says that there is some motherboard issue and takes the television to repair.
And if the issue is that I change the source of my television only, then for what have you charged that Rs 3750?....... I know you will not be able to answer this.
Very poor service and behaviour.
And by the way, the public should thank me that I am relealing your reality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was redirected to them by sony toll free number for a 55' Bravia I had.. I told the technician specifically that I will be leaving in a week time and needed the job to be done before that. They took the tv on 24th October and promised to deliver it by the next Sunday. Now when I call them they are saying the they have not received the parts and are not sure when they will receive it. So I asked then to return the TV as it is, but they told me that they will confirm if they can return it tomorrow.. Is this a joke? I hope not as its not funny when you are being taken for a ride. Absolutely unprofessional. An absolute disgrace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sent a technical person from their service center. Technician came and professionally checked my tv, he said that the mother board is corrupted and it need to be repaired. He took the tv at their service center and return it back after being repair done withing the promise time. Without any harassment i received my TV back in a good contidition. Thanks Dynamic Team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A technician from Dynamic Repair visites my house on my call inspected the tv and asked that the tv will be repaired at service center with in 10 days but after that they rang me and told that the mother board of tv requires repairing and it will take some time. One fine day they again rang and told that the tv could not be repaired.Very unprofessional, irresponsible behaviour from Dynamic Repair. I can say that they are cheating with customers.

I called them for my sony led repair, they said it's a home service and sent a technician. After the inspection the tech took 350/- as the visit charge and said me that my mother board is corrupted which to be repair and bring it to their service center which will cost me 3.5k. He took my tv for repair and gave me the receipt copy. I called to the mentioned number they picked up my call & said yes sir we have received your tv and started working on it. After 2 days they call me back saying my tv is repair & ready to be delivered.
They sent my tv within two days also they gave me a Invoice copy with warranty mentioned on it. I didn't ask for warranty but still they provide warranty with original invoice i like that. The tech also said if any problem occur near future instead of my warranty period over he is just one step away and try to do it at free of cost.
Thanks to their team, hope you will carry this work in a very good manner as you all are doing.. :-)
