★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thier service attitude and service turnaround time is worst. While selling products they would hide details about machine performance and when it comes to providing service they behave as if they are doing us a favor. I got a Bosch pressure washer GHP-5-13C from this place.The product has been operated for about 6months and has sucked out almost 10k from our pocket.
###Say no to GHP513C and even better say no to EH Taher & Co.

They are totally irresponsible, extremely uncooperative, very crude and unpleasant behavior, lack of connect between office and service center, most unprofessional, very poor service standards, incompetent and careless technicians. Please do not deal with this company if you value your tools and time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad experience I had got from them, their staff are very rude and they either don't have time to tell you about their product or they just don't know about the things they are selling in their small shop. I would prefer other tool stockers of kolkata instead of them any day. had to wait 4-5 days before they even pick up your calls and let you know about a product. people like me who dint live in kolkata have to cal them again and again and they behave like they don't care. they also cut calls on your face so remember this before buying anything from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the owner is always busy and asks you to call their staff who never picks up your phone calls, they have very unprofessional staff who always pretend they are busy but when you go to their shop it is always empty!!... they make you wait and make you feel like only they stock tools in Kolkata. better to get in touch with other tool stockers who give you a prompt response unlike this brand that wants to close off in my opinion
