One of best service centre I visited entire lyf They feel can care their customers. Why anybody come to customer care just because of some of some problems of devices They just took invoice and change headphone with in a minute. It's just situation beside lane on E-mall

They have a superb behaviour. Today I had took my Sennheiser headphone and they just asked me what is the problem not even checked the matter and replaced with a new one. This is my second time visit and Same experience again.

Giving stars of whole universe...... There is no expression present in English language to provide feedback for sennheiser customer service. Literally It took 2 minutes only to replace almost torn headset by a new one. You should experience the customer service rather than reading the feedback of all of us, just unbelievably amazing.......

very well service..they give me cx 80s in exchange of cx 180 which is more costly..and my cx 180 headphone had physical damage...they did nt checked and give me the new one...excellent service

Great Experience here ! My Senheiser cx270 s left ear was not working. Went there .. waited for hardly 5 mns. Got a new one. Thank You So Much Senheiser.

Very much satisfying service ❀️ they took the invoice and your damaged earphone and replaced with a new one... P.S Sennheriser corporation has discontinued their line up of CX 213 and cx 275s ..so while replacement you are gonna get cx80s and cx300s respectively.. Now my thought on cx80s.. It's very good ..while cx213 had not a mic it has a mic and it has almost neck to neck experience like cx213 so at the end of the day it's a worthy upgrade while getting replaced Now about cx300s .. judging it's name it seems it's better than cx275s but that's not the case.. it extremely similar in sound experience with cx 213 AKA cx80s .. But its cable quality is better than both even cx275s itself.. But sound quality doesn't match up to the cx275s .. it's bass is very muddy and vocals are as crisp as cx 80s( genuinely cx80s has very good sound quality but giving this as a replacement of cx275s ; that's why I'm telling so).. and doesn't carry any legendary sound signature like cx275s had. which used to differentiate that from others... So according to me it's a downgrade..

See, good service is common, but the actual good service is need to provide when they own have some issues regarding your order, if that time you are getting overlooked that is not right service. I am still not getting my product that is Momentum TW, I submitted that on 29.01.2022, after that I called them after 21days and still that day I am not getting any answers, the stuffs are continuously saying to call on their headquarters, but they will not query about anything, means as if it's my responsibility to collect information about my product from various places, today when I asked them about this they cut my phone. ?. It's horrible experience from Shennheiser. Today even I called their Gurgaon headquarters, even thay are also not saying any thing. ?

Had gotten my earphones replaced here quite some time ago, they were quite helpful and process was seamless. I recently bought a pair sennheiser headsets because of their top tier service and audio quality.
