★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Met with this ' Builder ' about two months ago. Spent quite a while at their office explaining in detail a prepared 2D and 3D floor plan for a farmhouse. Their attitude was casual and unprofessional. A few days later they mailed me stating that they couldn’t download/understand a simple floor plan software I had used to design the house. I then sent them detailed screenshots of the entire project. I haven't heard from them till date. To say the least, basic courtesy/decency requires a builder to inform a client that they cant undertake a project.
Surprisingly, all their reviews are rated 5 star and not a single review is even rated 4.5 star!!!
Needless to mention, I’ve had such an enthusiastic and professional response from the other builders I had approached.
