One of my known associates made an holiday query last month..
The guy who picked up the call was very moody and hesitated to give full information (don't remember his exact name, maybe Arindam or someone alike I guess). I was said that I would receive a document or pdf thing for my trip but did not receive any.
I am going through another tourism company. Communication with clients is worst. It felt like the office executive did not want to speak or take my inquiry I think.. Nevertheless, Bad Experience..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Based on their very positive mouth to talk reviews, we booked a Delhi- Amritsar Trip with Earthtraveler Voyager Pvt. Ltd. and used them to arrange our Hotels & transport at Delhi Amritsar. Me and my family found the service and response of this travel agency to be excellent. Easily 5-stars. My emails were promptly responded to, and everyone supported when they were supposed to, so it was end up as a very enjoyable tour. Both, the Travel consultant and driver were friendly and courteous.
