★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall good experience. The boat ride through rivers and creeks was excellent. Fully enjoyed the beauty and serenity of the mangrove forest. Special thanks to Sri Bholababu, the boat operator, Sri Bikram, the attendant ,Sri Nirmal, the cook and Sri Kriti Mondal, the knowledgeable local tour guide.
However there are scope of improvement in the following resort affairs.
1. Housekeeping service was non existent. During our stay of 42/43 hours , the rooms were not cleaned even once.
2. Netted windows and doors are to be fitted to prevent entry of insects.
3. The alighting steps are to be widened and are to clean in a regular basis to prevent accidents.
Above points if rectified will make the resort more tourist friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trip was really nice which started from my home in South Kolkata. Food served were not only delicious, but also served with great care. We went deep inside through the route allowed by the Authorities. Stay (Hotel at Pakhiraloy, Gosaba) was just comfortable. But there is a black side too. At the end of the trip, we were expected to shift to accommodate other Group. (This is just never accepted.) Though finally we did not have to, but it leaves bad feeling.
