★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this store to buy some grossery items during April first week & found lot of things missing from the shelf tn Daily routine items such as pulses , Tea leaf , parle G gold & many more items , fill rate was not good if u compared to some others format stores it's needed lot of improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad experience they take you money and doesn’t give you back.
I have purchased some groceries from them and I had paid throw upi and the payement is done then they said we have not received your payement so you do it again and you will get the refund of privious payement after 24 to 48 hours then I have made a new payment.
After 3 days also I didn’t got my refund then I gone there again they said some more time after that time I went there agian Again they said some more time from last 22 days they are saying the same and not providing me the refund.
There behaviour is also very bad
Very very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first two experience shopping from easy day chattarpur store was good. I received the correct and good quality products but when I ordered the same product (loose bag of rice) the third time they sent an inferior quality product. After I raised a complaint, the store person called back and refused to admit that the products were different even though they clearly were. They sent the wrong/ cheaper quality rice in the brand's packaging and since it's a loose bag of rice and not sealed anyone can tamper with it. It's a matter of trust that allows customers to make such online purchases and after trying out the app and store twice I placed a bigger order not expecting this would happen. Obviously I have not been refunded or the product replaced since the store won't admit they gave me the wrong item. I even asked them if I can order the product again and come collect it myself but they said the product is not available. I am writing this review just so people are aware that such things can happen very easily at this store and only buy sealed and pre packaged items.
