The PC performance is the best, also he selected my monitor too and its really perfect for the PC. If anyone trying to get a good PC do check this place out. 5 star product and service.

Had a wonderful experience , the prices were pretty transparent and the advisory is top tier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really enjoyed the entire process of my first pc build. I was interested in a high end gaming pc and Karthik helped me in getting the most cost effective parts. The budget overshot a bit (thanks to me :P), but the results were outstanding. It was an insightful experience. Got me obsessed with the whole pc building and researching upcoming parts etc . Would be contacting Karthik once again when I am due for an upgrade in future

So my review comes 6 months after my PC was built and having played over a dozen games on it. The pre-build interaction was good. Karthik made a lot of suggestions according to my budget and was very interactive. He sent me pictures of all the parts in their sealed boxes before he started the build. Shared videos of a successful POST, RGB sync, Cinebench and Unigine Valley scores. The whole process from deciding the parts to completed build took around a week.
Had some issues with stutters, FPS drops etc. He drove 60 kms out of the main city to my place to replace motherboard and install a new SSD. When the issue still persisted, he swapped his PC with mine and resolved the issue with my PC. Been using it for almost a month now and there have been no issues, even after 12 hours of continuous heavy usage.
Karthik is a passionate PC enthusiast and will take care of your PC like his own. Will comeback for future upgrades and builds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My pc had random restart issue , and was confused if the PSU was having issue or the GPU , no one was willing to give me a spare PSU to check and confirm if PSU was the issue , but they came through and helped me confirm the PSU was the issue and sold me a PSU at a reasonable amount , I'm very happy with the way they handle there customers ....
