★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop deals in computer hardware and peripherals.. shop owner is helpful and courteous. They also undertake repairs of desktop and laptop... probably..the only good store selling computer spares.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They couldn't fix the broken hinge since they weren't able find that specific part with any of the hp dealers - which is understandable. However, they broke the metal piece that is connected to the hinge and I got the laptop back with this metal piece jutting out from the hinge. While doing so they damaged the screen panel as well. The screen of the laptop was being held onto the base by only a wire by the time I got it back.
And to top this, two of the people working there had the audacity to yell back at me and say that I had given a broken computer and that's what I was getting back, when I confronted them on the matter.
Absolutely terrible service.

I wanted to buy a canon printer and the kind of response I got from Gk Vale was pathetic. But here, the store owner sat with me to help me choose the product and I go the printer on the same day. I didn't have to wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been thinking about writing a review about this shop for sometime now. I remember my first visit to this shop which was around 11 years back and my recent interaction. You will find no difference in the energy and the service they offer.
If you're in a need to purchase a computer or any computer related accessories, this is the place to visit. If he doesn't have it, he will make sure it's arranged and delivered to you. The best thing I like about this place is about the after service. You have any issues with your products, you just need to walk in.
