Recently I Have Purchased MI0 2 Mobile And A Trimmer From Your Kammanahalli Branch,
Today On December 07-12-2021 I have Visited Your MI Store To Purchase A Type-c Cable For My MI Mobile, The Customer Experience Was Bad The Staff Was Answers Rude & Arrogant with Me And No One Answer Any Customers They Don’t Greet The Customer And Don’t Bother Asking Anything At All

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely dissatisfied by wrong commitment given by sales man I never suggest anyone to walk in to purchase any product from kammanahalli Branch as the salesman don't stick to there commitments when selling out the products.I had purchased MI TV and the officer had committed to deliver the products as it should b it was not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not even one star they deserve .... Very bad customer service ... There is a guy called Sandeep who talks very rude to customers. That fellow wants us to buy what he wishes . But by any chance if u go to buy low budget phone he won't treat u also properly. He acts as if he is manager. He is a Kam chor . Because when I visited there were no customer only but he behaves as if he is busy . He is not educating customers properly, i think that he is also not educated about the product . Manager should definitely take action.when i complained to the manager ,he appologised was listening to me but he didn't even provide a glass of water. Sandeep made my day bad and made us feel like not to but the phone, but unfortunately I brought it . His way of attending customer is very poor, unprofessional and pathetic. Infact he is not fit for the job . I don't know why Xiaomi is hiring such people. At last he didn't even apologiese for the mistake happened.
Very dissapointed by their customer service. I hope I didn't visit the store and I would definitely not visit that store in future and also will advice my friends also well to not visit that store.
I really wish the store take action on him.
Customer is a king of business.. so please teach your employees to talk properly to customers. Mr Sandeep is not working there for free , he is being paid . Atleast he should have concern for what he is getting paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience! Bought a phone Mi 11i . Within 8 hours the screen has an issue - it turned pale yellow . Took it to these ppl and asked them to check . They say since now it is working fine, u can take back ur phone and come back once the problem is struck again. In this way, I might loose the chance of a free replacement. They guy at the billing counter today( not sure what his name is ) is audacious enough to speak this kind of nonsense. When I asked him, about loosing the replacement, he smiles at me.
I really regret buying this phone!! Would never recommend buying something from this store !!
People beware !!
