★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is really bad if you have Unwanted money to waste then surely you can go to them . The help line number is the worst part of it . The rates are high they never have the best rates and the service charge is cherry on cake . The best part is the TAT that is 24-48 working hours which is equivalent to 24-48 working days . The documents every time they want this coy that copy . Literally the refund takes 7-8 days . Useless service . The offers are also waste . You can never trust them with their money . Will suggest all of you never choose centrum . Book my forex is the best .

for probably one of the worst service of your lifetime. Once you place the order and pay money, all you will be doing is chase those buggers with status of your order for an indefinite time based on your luck. They may have cheap rates, but not worth the pain you go through.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centrum Forex started operation a few years back and offered really competitive Forex rates but now rates are not that competitive and added service charges also. At the time of placing the order you would get number of calls for support and guidance but once order is placed, delivery time of Forex varies. One of the worst customer service, staff isn’t trained and don’t have answers. Bookmy Forex could give tough challenge to Centrum Forex, if you are in urgent need avoid online transactions, it’s better to approach Centrum Forex Office in your city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centrum forex simply charged me 20USD in my account called Card Adjustment fees. When I called them they don't know the meaning of Card Adjustment fees. It's been almost 5 days since am contacting them and they were not able to find the reason for which they have charged this amount.
I know atleast 3 others who have faced a similar situation. It is very unprofessional to charge your customers account with a considerable amount and don't even know why you have charged that amount.
Does anyone know where I should contact to get a solution for this issue?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are the most awful FOREX dealers! Absolutely no ethics ! I was in USA and depending on their godforsaken card for my day to day expenses. I paid for the reload and waited for 2 days for the same before sending them nearly 25 emails and reminders. I was asked for all the documents after every alternate day by a different person. The best one was: I was asked to prove that I was in the USA. I had to borrow money from friends ( who I had not contacted for the past 25 years). It was after 10 days that I could finally get the money. So friends beware!
