★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good security ...but if u reach before opening time of office there is no waiting area alloted for visitors ...it's really bad that ground floor waiting area is only for Edelweiss....others have to go to their own office floor..!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst place for Housing loan processing. Guys are totally unprofessional and they dont know even proper communication skills. They have habit of committing something which they cant meet. Please avoid this idiots or else you might loose your dream property. Never rely on this bunch of unprofessional and dont trust them or their DSA. Let me know if proofs are needed, i have all of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever possible insurance company. I claimed it last year while submitting all the documents required and they processed it for 11 months and decline it without proper reason. They don't respect the customer. Bloody fraudulent. Customer care response is even worser. They keep cutting the call and give no response. Kindly don't buy mobile insurance from this fraudulent company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best company I ever worked . Very nice staff , security , housekeeping,admin ,office space is good, cafeteria is good , place is very clean and hygiene . Staff is very polite and respectful. Reception staff is very cooperative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best customer experiences at reception. Your arrival is anticipated, technology is clearly used for enhancing customer convenience. I'm most places I visit tech seems to be used for company's benefit while making the process tedious and cumbersome for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never expected this poor service from this company. I called the 1-800 number as my MF transfer wasn't done even after some time though other transfers were done quickly
On the first call, the reception was so bad and lot of background noise that I had to disconnect. The second call was even worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever !! I would never recommend anyone to got to Edelweiss. My dad invested 5 lakhs in Edelweiss through a broker. The lady ameeta mishra didn't stop loss it till the loss went up to 2 lakh 80 thousand. More than half of the investment. Worst service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience as a client of edelweiss. Employees are 0% productivity. Customer support team is dead all the time. I had submitted physical document for account reactivation for several time, after that i have called them almost 100 times, however my account is still deactivated. The reception guy at wall street office is rude af. Woh marathi me bolte hai na...chai peksha kitli garam... That nerdy personality. Pathetic service. Not even worth of 1 star... Hope my review will be helpful for future investors. N edelweiss please note my above problem and solve so i can transfer my portfolio to other broking firm.
