I know you have record of call placed to customer or not but still seems management and delivery boy both doing fraud collectively .

It happenes to me every time .ecart is better than e-commerce.i will give 0star to it. Ecom express should be strict with the workers...earlier ecom express was a good service but now its very bad. It should hire good and honest worker only.
