1.) I have to give them "0" Ratings on customer focused contact availibilty.
2) "2"Ratings for transport office/gowdown is out side of the city As well as very Far (10-12 km)from other local transport office if you have to transfer of consignment to your other local transport.
3. "2" star ratings on - You have to track your conginment they(office persons) will never call you on Arriving your Consignment, It could be return without Calling you.
4. "3" star ratings for - to Take your id card zerox with you, they never accept soft copy of your identity card to handover your consignment.- Although zerox shop is 2 km away from the office/downdown.
5. "0" ratings to that They can make thier own rules, not of the written by VRL company.
Naver go through the compnay..... Whatever Now i have been ruled to my company & My Each supplier to DO NOT SEND ME ANY CONSIGNMENT through the VRL.
