★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very very pathetic service. But we are helpless. They are tied up with brands like puma and #Amazon How come #Amazon hire such poor services. Right from their HO to this outlet at dhankavadi, they are totally irresponsible and careless. amazon delivered different consignment nearly a dozen times to my address. And this courier is saying its wrong address. They don’t even called a single time and their CC is not having any proper contact of this DC. If we call for second time, they block our number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no option for giving 0 that's why I had to give one star. Tracking status shows "out for delivery" since 10:36 am, shipment not delivered as of 4:35 pm, reason, the shipment is bulky and the delivery agent needs one more guy to hold the shipment on his bike, hence he has given my shipment least priority and will deliver at EOD. After reaching their warehouse I came to know that the guy has been sitting idle since morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My delivery is being attempted for the last 1 month..Each time the delivery guy is unable to find my address. I stay at the hostel of a reputed university.... How difficult is it to find my address. Also, the delivery guy NEVER attempted to call me. Worst delivery service!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This office does not deserve even single star. The attendent here does not have any regards for customer and is very arrogant. I visited office to collect my parcel but the guy was not interested even searching for it. There were not many parcels in office yet he did not want to help me.
My order was showing as undelivered due to invalid address. I had already confirmed with Customer Suport Center that my address was correct.
Overall very very bad experience.
