Parcle is at hub for last 3 days and they not deliver to me and his web show me reffuced to accept.delivery not called me any time.daily I was call him to deliver to a parcle but no response from their side.
Customer care also not give me satisfied answer.
And I want that parcle on urgent basis and customer care told me that we register your complain and you shoul wait 24-48 hour.

google pls add one more option to give a minus review like less star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class and Very bad service. 90% staff is uneducated . they hold parcel from 31st Jam to 7th Feb only in Jamnagar didn't sent further though It was essential goods then also they will not understand your urgency. Google should have to give me Less then star Facility that I can give -5 Star. I request to people that if you are sending essential or emergency goods don't use this service. you will cry in the end. and receiver also
