★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is very bad. Their websites does not work. Their phone number does not work. After submitting my query regarding the issues of delivery several times, they did not respond at all. Still didn't received my parcel.

How lazy does one have to be to not deliver sometings just 10 minutes away.... Would advice online retails to not do business with these guys.. shameful.

Consignment reached on the 22nd in town. Today is 30th.
I have got messages almost alternate day that I have requested for a delayed delivery when I am unable to get hold of the chaps and no one ever called me.
The company website does not work. I have no clue of who to talk to or call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third Class service. actually don't deserve any star. Govt should do certain strict regulations about courier services. I am yet to receive my shipment sent by On line shopping portal which was about to be delivered on 16th September. Web site is just for a namesake!!!!!!!!!!!! tried calling customer care no who are really clueless and yet to learn how to talk to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service... deserves negative rating if possible. Not at all bothered to deliver the shipment on time... the customer care executives does not talk politely. Gave me three different mobile numbers of the delivery centre, out of which two does not exist and one belonged to somebody else. Had to run around for two days even to collect it personally from the delivery centre.
