★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just got a black forest cake from Eden on 13th Jan at around 5pm and kept it in refrigerator. But when we cut at 12am it was spoilt...what a waste of b'day celebration.. I would never recommend Eden ...worst place to buy cake..don't spoil your celebration guys ...I even gave it to my neighbours and family members..what a shame I feel.now ..all called up saying the cake was spoilt...just imagine my embarrassment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunate that after having ordered cakes for 8 years, today we found 2 hair in the Lotus Biscoff Cake. Called Eden to inform, not to demand a pay back.
Instead of being apologetic, they denied, and insisted they follow hygiene standards. Can never recommend anyone now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cheap quality???..... I bought rasmalai pastry?? taste was sour and gave them for taste, they told me that cake was fresh??? maybe they dont know the good quality or assuming us fool ??? I personally don't like it!!!!!
