Its just value for money n more.... ?... definetly can say one thing that if your order once from here u cannever eat cakes from elsewhere!... rating them 5/5??????❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well if you wanna make someone’s day special, just contact Toujours. I was looking for the best cake places in Mumbai and without a doubt I can say it’s the best place out there. I ordered a cake for a very special person and he loved it. The cake was so delicious and it looked so delicate and beautiful. The gift wrap and the birthday card made it more beautiful. I highly recommend Toujours Mumbai.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time ordering from Toujours. I'm from America and we get delicious cake and dessert almost everywhere you go there. After a lot of research I decided I'll order from here. I'm glad I made that decision because the cake was absolutely delicious!! The sponge was buttery and the chocolate was dark Belgian and it was perfect! It's so rare to find good dessert here but now I have another place to order from always. The service was excellent too. I give you guys an 11 out of 10! ? Keep it up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been ordering from Toujours for almost 2 years now. Ordered for birthdays and valentines day. They deliver with quality and cakes taste rich.
They do allow customization which was nice. Had a hiccup when I ordered for 2022 valentines day.
They forgot to add red rose and when I checked with customer care they were super rude refused to accept their mistake, then dismissed me saying that I asked for customisation so they missing a flower is no big deal. And they won't do anything.
First of all, they had a choice to refuse customization and they didn't. Secondly they never told me that they will reduce certain items for customisation. In fact, I didn't ask anything extra, due to strawberry allergy asked that to be replaced. It's a replacement not additional.
Then their customer care behaved as if giving the rose is a compensation and charity they are doing. It was mentioned in the website, I didn't get the goods I Paid for. Simple. How it's a compensation?
They should learn to first accept their mistakes and What's the point of valentine's day without a red rose?
Toujours should take a lesson in consumer rights. There is a penalty for misleading advertisement and we have the right to redressal. They can't dismiss us.
There is no need to be rude to the customers. Just because we are polite and try to be nice doesn't mean they should treat us bad. The moment I also took a rude attitude and gave their own medicine then they apologized and offered to send the rose along with brownies as compensation.
They charged 3500rs for the Valentine's day cake and this is the treatment we get?
Compensation was an afterthought and the damage was already done. Will think twice before ordering solely because of the treatment I received from their customer care and their terrible attitude towards customers.
