★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchaged Goodland county phase-2, 7 yrs gone still making fool. Need to unite for action.They can not cheat our hard money . They have to pay penalty with interest. Just wait 5-6 month more otherwise have to go other way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bought a plot under Eden Group Phase 2 but totally unsatisfied with their progress. I bought in 2013 but society is becoming worst day by day and they are asking for maintenance. They promised for play area and club house but heard that they have sold that plot as well.
Don't have option to give less that 1 start so giving 1.

Rates are little high other than everything is good. Well mannaged organization. They have big projects near pune city specially in na plotting sector

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased plot at Eden phase 2 rihe in 2011, till now fencing, no amenities also there is no point of contact to raise issue. Please be careful while dealing with Eden they are not trustworthy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Developer wants to grown with our money but don't want to develop any thing in any project.
He is going to be another DS kulkarni in pune who will go behind bar very soon. As allready income tax department has sealed there few bank account and more than 4 time there was rade of income tax.
They ask for maintanance without developing the project I don't under stand without any development what they want to maintain.
Also few employees of this company behave like the owner of company as they forget that they r on pay role. They do lot of misbehave with customers.
Also if u want anything from them or any document from them they don't even co operate us. They work very slow as compared to our govt also.
As a customer I will never suggest any one to invest in there project. As ur investment will become zero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had purchased plots in Dec 2010 in eden phase 2 at Rihe and at the time of purchase of plot eden sales staff told to many of us that they will complete site development with in 6 months.
But just not completed in last 7 years.
Many people were contacted their office and asked about site development n completion, every time they have given some other reason n priodic commitments but not honoured asingle one. Now every body is frustrated nd of a opinion to take leagle action against eden.

I purchased a plot with Eden Group project in 2011 and still plot possession is not ready. They have made all fake commitments and they do not follow agreement conditions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pure fraud. They sold plots in RIviera project in hinjewadi. Till now there is no handover of the plot. They cannot be contacted. Everyone refers to someone else.
My advise: DO NOT BUY ANY FARM LAND from any developer. You will lose your money just like thousands of Pune people. If you are not from agriculture background, you can never OWN a Farmhouse LAND in Maharashtra. So dont waste your money in chase of a FARMHOUSE dream which will never get fillfilled.
