You will be cheated & will not be reverted on any of your calls or mails or any communication for that matter. This is a humble request to the investor that you will literally be frustrated here if you invest.
Absolutely No. I bought the property here in 2014 & have still not received the possession of it & there is no revert from these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a unit in XRBIA Talegaon Pune project in 2016 by paying full money upfront with promise of delivering the project in 2018. After 4 years of rigorous follow-up, all I have got is NOTHING in hand and it seems the project is still under construction. They have registered with RERA in between now and given new dates as 2021 March for 1st Phase in which my tower is still not covered and second phase is 2022!!! So overall 6 years for delivery of property which is also with no guarantee as of now!!! The builder seems to be a big fraud who has taken money from people like me and vanished!!!! Please be aware of all these bogus projects created to siphon off money from honest tax paying people like us. Thinking of filing a case in consumers court against this fraud company now.
