★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a resident of Eden Tolly Signature. The maintenance here is ZERO. Anybody comes and rings the door bell at any time the maintenance do not inform via intercom. Refuse to do their job if asked so. Don't listen to the residents because the maintenance is STILL in Eden's hand and the refuse to hand to us. Damp starts prevailing on every wall after few months of moving in. The pool isn't cleant for WEEKS. The game room is broken and all the stuff in it. Gym has no instructor and it's been nearly TWO YEARS since Eden "is soon asigning" an instructor.
Eden Tolly Plus is now starting to use OUR amneties. Meaning, even Eden Tolly Plus will face the EXACT same problems.
Buyers looking for RESALE flats or new are adviced to NOT to do so !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a flat about 1months ago. I am very disappointed about the overall engineering work and planning of the flats! I doubt about the quality of workmanship also. Damp Wall, unleveled wall,beam,column! Quality of plaster of Paris is worst. It's not worth the money I have spent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eden Tolly Signature Plus is one of good apartments in this area, with all the basic amenities and also some premium ones too. Flats are well built and maintained with good Housekeeping support. Staying here is a bliss, the only thing i dislike about is the neighborhood during the rains. It will take quite some time to reach Tollygunge or anywhere since it gets blocked due to existing vegetables market.
Overall a very nice and cozy place to stay/buy a property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for couple of days at my friend's flat, I really like this place, they have Gym, Swimming pool,Clean Lifts, Car Parking just in front of main Gate, At evening you can have a great view from terrace, one side yellow lighted and other side white lighted city. Loved it. This Building has Gold Green Certificate as per my knowledge. Which is good, less wastage of water and sustainable and efficient building. Proper light and Air at every Room. No need of lights for whole day. Great Design.
