All smart features are available in this vehicle like IOT, Reverse Gear, Digital Meter, Key Less Entry, Secure Parking etc. Most interesting things Eeve is the first OEM whose giving 5 years warranty in all electric parts like Controller, Converter, Speedometer, Throttle, Wiring Harness, Motor & Charger etc.
I have a Eeve Xeniaa. i am fully satisfied to this model because 18000kms covered in 1.3 years.
I am so excited for SOUL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish there was some zero rating. The products by EEVE are made in China and assembled in India are of third grade quality . There is no proper R&D or data engineers. Please don't get fooled by such companies. Go for OLA electric, Ather , Simple one electric. All the best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor quality service. Parts are not available in the showroom. I have taken the scooter many times to their service center near explande they have changed the power switch 3times in a year. Battery holer not available. Battery plug point not available. Scooter getting break down many times on the road. 3yr warranty what for??? Suggest do not buy..if I buy a scooter n do not able to use why I brought it.

If they may change its battery AH capacity than customer demand will Chance to Getting more to Attractive. Why, Eeve company Add one more adaptor wire to connect battery. Xeniaa 2.0 is good than SOLE. SOLE is only RTO Number plate it's waste of time and money for customer only. Because, All model have approx. 40 KM/HR speed and SOLE is just 60 KM/HR, and it's price is around 140L . And, company use its mind to fix a Double battery instead of One capacity battery i.e AH. Company may design approx. 38-45 AH capacity battery , than its ok to customer demand according to Ev marketing. They, just make a Ev for supply not for service to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is cheated to its customers- specially in soul bike, the scooter is not up to the mark- in short its not value for money.
I purchased a bike, special for the range - but it not giving the milage(instead of 120 km its giving only 80 -90 - the range / trail was done by the company professionals - Even though it has lot of issues,like doesn't have the accessories in full range also its clusters is not good
Its really disappointing me a lot.the company is not giving the proper response and also not accepting the mistakes and not trying for the improvement
