★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst experience of all. I was doing great in my job. I was eligible for incentives. I was planning to continue for a long time. At last moment i was diagnosed with a hormonal condition and had to quit job. The company denied supporting me and snatched away all my incentives and told me i couldn't join them in future. Despite of my condition and my abilities, they treated me like just some random employee and terminated me without giving me my salary and incentives. It was hurtful and i cried a lot as it wasnt my mistake. I showed them my reports and documents and the HR treated it like a normal piece of paper and even after being a women she didnt take my conditions seriously even though me being a women as well. It was very shameful and inhuman behaviour. So i decided to leave the company involuntarily.
