No Professional ethics, No Good Work culture, No system, No work life balance. Simply its a Scrap store. If you will ask for offer letter,One HR is there, she will tell you "O hello eita mo bopa company nuhe".? Such a Smoky atmosphere, specially The manager of WSC. Mr. S Das. He will threaten you that he can Spoil your Future if you will leave the Company . They don't even pay the salary In time. Lots oF temporary projects.even the CEOs, MDs, Directors are also having egoistic attitude and illiterate behaivour. They don't Pay for your PF. Simply the Summary is, The company with lots of Illegal works going on, with the employees.
