★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is where I live. The design of the society is very nice. Outside landscaping, compliance to Vastu shastra, design of apartments for maximum air and light is terrific. Water is not enough from corporation and borewell does not have water. Usable water is supplied through water tankers.

Water supply - Builder has failed to create a proper water management system. Non drinking water is contaminated hard water which comes through water tankers.
Gym - It is in its worst condition.
Swimming pool - I've never seen water in swimming pool from last 2 years.
Kids play area - It needs immediate attention and minor repairs.
Intercom system - currently non functional.
Solar Water System - I never received even warm water from solar water tap hence that leads for a requirement of water heater and extra expenses (Electricity bill and so on).
Two wheeler parking - No enough space available as existing residents are also unable to find one for themselves.
Elected members have failed to keep up to societies requirement. Currently society is being managed by PMC.
I'M WRITING THIS BECAUSE I DON'T WANT ANYONE ELSE TO SUFFER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am currently staying in this society as a bachelor with my roommates. I chose this society because rent is a bit less as compared to other societies nearby. The society has all the amenities but frequent power cut is one thing which they can improve upon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Calm and peaceful society to live in .houses are spacious. It has a swimming pool, gym with basic equipments and garden and play area is not big. Only downside is the traffic in this area.

Gym is pretty bad, swimming pool is almost always empty but the surrounding area has 100% facilities.
