is DDA Colony next to Choti Subzi Mandi, Roads inside the block are pretty wide and maintained. USP of this block is number of parks. Every house is having a park on both east and west side. There is a big district park with a running track and all parks have an open gym. BB Block is 5 minutes walk from Tilak Nagar metro station and 10 minutes walk away from Janakpuri East metro station. Number of schools viz. Happy Model, Mira Model, etc in vicinity within 1 Km. Number of Banks are located nearby at B-1 community centre with ATM. Tilak Nagar will suffice anybody's shopping needs which is 5-7 minute walk. You can purchase your groceries, veggies etc. from Choti Subzi mandi. Only problem I can see is Parking menace,well which is problem of entire Delhi as every household has an average of more than one car. All in all a pretty good place to visit, do yoga, exercise and reside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful surroundings, flats are spacious and most daily needs and much more available at walking distance. Several eatry outlets and all kinds of public transport connecting to most parts of Delhi available at walking distance. Really beneficial place to live in.
