Generally people r afraid to make before payments to Delhi shoppers, but this guies are reliable & trustworthy. The products I received from Mr Singh was as original as I have seen in images..thank u.

Note: The additional bolt rod required to fix the crash rod is not provided, which makes it challenging to fix.
Would like to purchase again...

I bought for my Harley Davidson and it’s fits so perfect. They delivered to me earlier than the promised date. I wish DUG DUG sells more products for harley as wel! Best people in class for quality and trust

Let me give facts n numbers, leaving personal Trauma, anxiety, mental Impact etc. aside.
Ordered a "Dug Dug Canvas Bag Saddle Bag for Royal Enfield Classic 350/500 – Right Side – Dark Khaki" post confirmation from seller that it will take 4-7 days for delivery.
Order Placed - 7 Oct'21 actually got on 15 Nov'21
So actually it's 4-6 weeks and long, multiple, Chase ups.
Handed over to courier by seller on - 12 Oct'21
"And then the saga started, sharing screen shot of updates"
Remark - Seller requested Open delivery which Delivery provider don't do and while seller and Me tried they gave a damm about seller and did not care about my email/portal concern. There phone listed does not work, so quite a world class delivery parter Dug Dug has? creating Gud Gud in tummy.
Note - Same delivery parter used by another vendor delivers to my address, so not a location issue.
Now seller was trying their best to deliver and don't
want to do a reimbursement, also mentioned he was unwell so will give to that and they resend it on 2nd Nov'21 and got delivery on 15th Nov'21. (shared another address, same city and this time to cut any excuse), which if a new delivery is fine, but overall time period was killing.
My recommendation " You have good collection don't let delivery parter ruin your business'
Cut 2 star for Delivery experience & 1 for no proactive updates, I had to chase
Will get the product fitted this weekend and share more from product side..
Post Installation update-
Used the product, it's good, looks wise amazing. Metal Holder is good, really enhances the retro look of Bullet.
Note- If u are getting it fitted in Bullet 350, will have to buy an additional clamp. Increasing 1 star as product is amazing
