This has been the worst product delivery by Ekart

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery personal are worst. They only good to flip kart customer only . I had to return one myntra product due to damage but this delivery personal fail my check by saying the product is damaged I told him I returned the product due to damaged and asked him to stay while I went to take my phn to show him my rewuest. Still I reached their he was gonna and upon calling he said I told him to leave where as I asked him to stay so that the misunderstanding can be shorted. We had Arguied on that matter and that person keep saying that previously I purchased from flip kart I told him I purchased from nylkaa and myntra and their delivery personnel are well behaved. I have one request if your delivery personal are so eagerly waiting for flip kart delivery then they will never behave well with other online service providers so please don't send such kind of person who is loyal with only one. Worste experience ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its been a week for one parcel containing headphone and another parcel having mobile is two days delayed yet not received both, pathetic and disgusted people not even having their contacts to speak with. Flipkart should work on this and replace this ugly courier giants with some other or else they will loose customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Late delivery and they don't care about the product and they have no headache regard your products. Once I order a product through Flipkart and received damage. Then I called to the seller and ask them about the product. They said that it was not made by us, even Flipkart repeat the same. It was made by e kart logistics. Worst experience. But Flipkart still rely on it. ?????
