★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did it for my product return but pickup man came for the first time to pick up product from Ekart. He said I can't carry such a big product. I have a bicycle. I have to take it by car. Thn 4 times he canceled and rejected for return the product again and again without coming. He came only for the first time for no reason. After calling, he says that your product does not match and its non-branded product is showing me the brand. How can he cancel the return without seeing it. I will be forced to do consumer forum e-case so badly. He did the same thing 4 times. This cannot be expected from Ekart. I can never forgive Ekart.
