★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Service from both flipkart and ekart logistics , They simply delay the delivery. Flipkart people has no clue about what is happening with the ekart logistics. A very big disappointment from flipkart. They delayed auto cancelled and not delivered a total of 13 products in a single month. Worst service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience for me guys from Ekart. As flipkart was somehow initiating it but Ekart courier is not responsible for return or delivery related things. I have got a message that pickup will happen today with time 9pm but they are not supposed to be there or even answer our calls

When Flipkart bought the policy of OTP after checking the parcel, that delivery executive literally denied to open & show the parcel rather forced us to share the OTP. Instead we recorded ut to keep our stand in case of deficiency. Even their management is really poor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flipkart and Ekart services are worst. Never order from Flipkart. They have the worst logistics service. Can't deliver the product even after 9 days of promised time. My item is just moving from one hub to another. The guaranteed delivery date was 12 Jan. Today is 20 Jan. Let's see if they need one more year to deliver.
