★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No proper parking. Creates a havoc on road side when there's a gathering. People park in huge numbers on the roads and creates trouble for daily commuters.

It is located at very easy to reach place and it has market near by it .
There are well renowned schools near by the apartment and police station is not very far away from there, infact it's easily visible from the apartment and a temple nearby it.
