★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total waste of money, if you think you have very good ambitious dream home then please do not go with this, total fraud , they are talking very good before buying home but after they are showing there originality, my friends are facing too many trouble here and they are almost regrating after staying there. please go for best, you will find very good option other places. i have to give them only 0 start but there is no such a option thats y i have gave 1 star. no parking space, garden is not good and clean. they had inform us very big garden but now they have reduced very little time pass garden where your children also get board. my friend have almost got stucked there. guys please do not buy if you really care and value of your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do ensure draft of agreement before booking. Parking commitments not fulfilled. Builder will sign NOC from you to change approved plan. Ask builder for possession and completion commitment to mention in agreement. Water supply issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good option to live here, no proper organization of parking, no proper maintainence of electricity and water supply is off on weekends too! And not hygienic at all.
Neighbourhood is very loudly, often play music/dj till midnight during festivals i.e. the area which this apartment placed is not developed.
If you are living here I recommend you to keep your footwear inside your flat cause the cleaning staff steals them sometimes as there are no cameras in the lobby.
